My local library started offering a Qigong class last Spring. I was interested in my overall health and thought I'd like to try Qigong. This class was beyond my expectations. Jay not only teaches Qigong but also intersperses Qigong philosophy, healing and breathing techniques. My health has improved, I am more positive and I feel more centered in my life than ever before. As a violin student, I struggle with tense muscles in my hands, neck, shoulders, and arms.
